Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center

Altered Torso #5 on display at Tina's Treasures for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
This series of altered torsos shows the beauty of the female form even when it has been altered by surgery due to breast cancer.  We are still beautiful no matter our shape and form!

This piece was in the Silent Auction at the 2012 Artists of Scottsdale Ranch.  It was purchased and donated back to The Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center, the beneficiary of the auction, and is on display during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in Tina's Treasures.  My altered torso series celebrates the beauty of the female form after breast cancer.
